Description
The things that I see in emotional portrait is the emphasis that I put on beauty by using value, proportions, and color. I was able to show value on this peace by the amount of black and dark tones, from the hair to the board itself darkness is all over this painting. I feel that naming it "True beauty" show that beauty doesn't need bright colors and glitter all over it, it can also be dark and gritty.
Analysts
The elements of art that I as an artist added to the peace was texture and color. I felt that creating everything from paper towels not only gave it a delicate feel but also a lot of texture that added movement to the painting. In reference to the colors that I use I made sure to mostly stick with black and and gold to give it a dark but regal look. I love that even though the peace isn't clean and to the point you can still tell that it is a beautiful woman who has a lot of emotion.
Interpretation
When looking at this peace I feel like it's about but a normal everyday woman who is going through life like everyone else but today isn't as happy as others and it shows by the colors that I used. Even though she isn't happy her beauty still shines and that is what we are able to see from her red lips to her gold flower like eyes and her that looks like waves. If I could climb inside I would see sad for her but I would also understand that this is just a faze that will pass and the small bits of color in her beret will take over and make her happy again.
Judgment
I feel that other people when first looking at it should see the sadness at first but then a little later the beauty in her face. What is worth remembering is her lips and her eyes how it puts you in a trans.
